KJZZ Original Productions Welcomes Award Winning Journalist Lauren Gilger

Award-winning multimedia journalist Lauren Gilger will join public radio station, KJZZ 91.5 FM in December, 2015.

Lauren’s background and approach will further our efforts to give context to the news of our community”

She served most recently as a multimedia journalist and investigative producer for ABC15 Investigators. After four years in television, I’m excited to make the move to radio,” Gilger said. “I’ve admired KJZZ’s work in journalism and in building the Phoenix community for years and I can’t wait to join the team.
Gilger is a graduate of Fordham University in New York and the ASU Cronkite School of Journalism.
Gilger will be a host and producer for KJZZ Original Productions creating content for multiple platforms, conducting interviews and producing features for broadcast and digital publication.
